"Indian" French Fries

version 1: is from Manjula's kitchen.

version 2: is from my kitchen :)

3 medium sized potatoes.

wash, peel and julienne.

for crunchier fries soak the potatoes in a bowl of cold water with about 2 tsp of flour for about 15 minutes. Drain well.

Deep fry in ghee. Drain well. Sprinkle with chili powder, hing, and black salt.
