Palak Paneer is spinach sauce with fresh cheese.
I've had several versions of this dish... but I have never actually made it myself.
It is really popular in North India.

Manjula uses store bought paneer though.
Although this makes life easier, the fresh one is always best. If you have time,
you've got to try making your own.
